The event
You Plus One celebrates 13 years of underground in Vancouver, with label boss Siavash. Underground house and techno from You Plus One, Vancouver’s longest-running independent label and event series (est. 2011).
From You Plus One
From humble beginnings, You Plus One was born 🐣 13 years ago out of a desire to revive 💓 our city’s underground music scene when it seemed to have vanished 👻. What started as intimate House + Techno events, blossomed 🌸 into layers of sold-out shows + a chart topping record label 🏆. Now, as we mark another anniversary🗓️, we’re proud to have played a part in putting our city on the global dance map 📍, nurturing artists, + uniting a passionate community of electronic music fans ❤️🤗🎶. Cheers 🥂 to more years of leading the way, pushing the boundaries, creating art in unexpected ways!
In celebration 🎉 , this Saturday we showcase just a few of our outstanding label artists: mastermind @djsiavash , @nauleone (Spain), @petephilipsmusic *live performance (Montreal), + @nhall_sounds (Squamish) -hosted at our YPO HQ the HAUS 🏠🐇
